Job Description

 

Qualification: HSC or Equivalent

Required Experience: 2 years of experience in educational institutions

1) Clean the office at the start of the day
2) Answers the telephone if necessary
3) Distribute/deliver mail, correspondences, documents, and others to the person concern
4) Assisting office staff as requested
5) Greetings clients and visitors as needed
6) Managing File System
7) Coordinating Meetings and events, as necessary
8) Maniting Office Equipements

Fluency in Marathi and Hindi
