The institute boasts about creating a transparent, active and engaging teaching learning environment through various modes unique to individual faculty and the institute:

• Thinking Routines: Each class is initiated by engaging the students through thinking routines using see, think, wonder, Chalk talk, zoom in, Explanation game , four C's, etc.
• Innovative Teaching: Evey faculty utilises innovative teaching methods( Tug of War, Centre of life) which emphasises on concept building, critical thinking and student directed learning by engagement through discussions, debates, etc.
